Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We always strive to provide you with products you’ll love, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You must create a video of unboxing or unpacking your parcel.

Certain types of items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (like undergarments)

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your support email].

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@neximb.com and send your item to: [your return address].

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless otherwise stated).

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Clearance items

  • Opened software

  • Health and hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

To start your return, please contact us at info@neximb.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
